NATURE WALKS

Research has shown that spending time in nature can have positive effects on both our physical and mental health. Cardinal Moon's nature walks provide an opportunity to slow down and relax with a small group of people while engaging in conversation on a soul level. Poetry, journaling, and/or expressive arts are often woven into the experience. Many nature walks are tailored specifically to English language learners with the intent of building confidence and making new friends.

DREAM GROUPS

Carl Jung stated, "The privilege of a lifetime is to become who you truly are." One way to do that is by analyzing the dreams you have at night. Doing so can lead to interesting insights and personal growth.

Dream groups meet on Zoom, so you can participate from anywhere, and like the nature walks, some dream groups are reserved just for English language learners so that you can practice your English while talking about what is most important in your life -- you!
